Patients can review available visit information, documents, billing details, and upcoming appointments, and manage their profile—without entering the staff EMR.
Share branch-specific links or QR codes. Patients register or sign in for the right location and can check in on arrival where the clinic enables that workflow.
Your clinic must enable the portal and configure branches, doctor assignments, and schedules. Requests are not automatically confirmed; staff handle confirmation, rescheduling, and cancellation.
